1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Waveform Radio, the Operator of the Site. By using the Site you accept these Terms.

Radiocast Sites is the hosting service on which the Site runs. Radiocast Sites is not the Operator, is not a party to these Terms, and has no control over, responsibility for or liability for the Site, its content, its community or the Operator’s radio programming.

2. Using the Site

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Use the Site lawfully and respectfully. The Operator may suspend or end access at any time, including for breaches of these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and tell us if you think your account has been misused. The Operator may mute, suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms.

4. Content you submit

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and, for requests, dedications and talkback, broadcast it in connection with the station and the Site. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the right to share it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, impersonate or discriminate against others;
• post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing material, or other people’s private information;
• send spam, advertising or malicious links;

• use the Site to break any law.

6. Radio programming and intellectual property

The Site, the station’s name, logo, programming and original content belong to the Operator or its licensors. You may listen and share links for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, rebroadcast or commercially exploit them without permission. Song and artist information is shown for information only.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example streaming, maps, social networks or Discord). They are governed by their own terms, and the Operator is not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and the stream are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. The Operator does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service or that content is accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiocast Sites and its owners, staff and suppliers have no liability to you of any kind in connection with the Site, these Terms or the Operator’s content or conduct. Any claim relating to the Site must be brought against the Operator, not Radiocast Sites.
